About The Position

Crossroads Community, Inc. (CCI) is a nonprofit organization established in 1984, providing behavioral health rehabilitation services to residents across the five mid-shore counties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Their mission is to empower individuals with behavioral health needs to recover and lead satisfying, productive lives by teaching skills and accessing resources. The Residential Coach position specifically aims to help clients achieve their goals by developing daily living skills, self-administration of medications, self-care and wellness practices, and community involvement. Coaches assist clients in building a 'tool box' to overcome challenges and barriers associated with severe mental health diagnoses, supporting their journey towards recovery and successful lives.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent and the desire to help individuals with behavioral health needs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to support insurability by the agency’s insurance carrier
Work related use of a vehicle carrying minimum of 100/300/50 liability insurance
Pass the agency’s background check
