The Clinical Supervisor of Secure Residential Treatment Facilities plans, assigns, directs, and reviews the clinical work of personnel. They ensure that the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) are adhered to, monitor quality assurance, and develop and monitor treatment protocols. In addition, the position will carry a caseload and conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide quality clinical care. Clinical services, while delivered in a residential facility, fall under the scope of outpatient services per the Oregon Health Authority. As such, services fall under the outpatient section of the Oregon Administrative Rules and are included in the GOBHI (OHP) contract requirements. This position is co-supervised by the Facility Administrator and the Residential Clinical Manager of Community Counseling Solutions. The Facility Administrator is responsible for supervising all things that are not related to the clinical functions of the position. The Residential Clinical Manager, working under the Clinical Director, provides all clinical oversight of the position. This position directly supervises all assigned clinical staff at the facility.
