About The Position

As a Residential Clear Specialist at Segues, you will assist clients in clearing their homes as part of our transition services. Your primary focus will be assisting with the removal of items from a property including boxes of household items and furniture, lifting up to 50lbs regularly. Your objective will be to provide compassionate and efficient support to individuals and families during their transition. You will work closely with team members to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standard, making a positive impact on our clients' experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in residential moving, clearing, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to lift and move items safely.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with donation and recycling processes.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
