About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, passionate, and enthusiastic bilingual individual to join our expanding team as a Home Cleaning Supervisor. This pivotal role reports to the manager and is essential for maintaining our high service standards and ensuring efficient daily operations. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, an effective communicator, and adept at multi-tasking.

Requirements

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Proven supervisory or cleaning experience, preferably within the commercial or residential cleaning sector
Demonstrated strong team management and effective communication abilities
Possess a high standard for organizational skills and cleanliness
Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals, operational equipment, and sanitation regulations
Ability to stand, walk, and lift for prolonged periods during cleaning and inspection duties
Proven ability to effectively handle client-related issues and manage staff shortages

Responsibilities

Motivate, coach, and train team members
Assist with in-person interviews and the staff onboarding process
Help track and manage employee performance scores and feedback
Enforce adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Support the preparation and execution of monthly staff meetings
Conduct regular inspections of cleaned residential and commercial areas to ensure all established quality standards are met
Help create daily, weekly, or monthly staff schedules and efficiently manage replacements for call-outs
Maintain staff efficiency by closely monitoring and managing allotted task times
Be able to learn and proficiently use the company's business system
Step in to perform cleaning duties when operational needs require it
Fulfill various office responsibilities as assigned
Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock
Ensure all staff are fully equipped with the necessary materials and operational equipment
Maintain and ensure the proper working order of all cleaning equipment
Act as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent customer service to both staff and clients
Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints regarding service quality
