Requirements
- A valid New York State (NYS) driver license is required. Candidates must have a clean driving record with no recent infractions or violations.
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a supervisory role is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of customer facilities to ensure service quality, maintenance needs, and overall site conditions are met according to company standards.
- Oversee and mentor cleaners and porters at various customer locations.
- Provide training on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and operational workflows to ensure consistency.
- Utilize a company vehicle to travel between accounts.
- Perform minor maintenance, supply deliveries, and address immediate service issues or call-outs.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on site conditions and inspections.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and management, ensuring timely resolution of any service concerns.
