About The Position
Green Clean Commercial is hiring a Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Supervisor in St. Charles, MO. This role involves oversight and leadership of cleaning accounts, including shift coverage, support, supply deliveries, floor cleaning, inspections, and training in St. Louis & St. Charles. The candidate will receive training on floor work, inspections, and all other tasks and responsibilities. This is an immediate hiring opportunity with the potential for on-the-spot hiring.
Requirements
- Must be able to demonstrate Commercial Cleaning Skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid Driver's License & clean driving record to drive a company vehicle
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have a clean background and able to pass a Background Check
Responsibilities
- Oversight and leadership of cleaning accounts

- Supplies deliveries
- Floor cleaning

- Training of staff
- General Cleaning including restrooms, trash, glass cleaning, floors, hallways, stairwells, rooms, public space, classrooms, etc.
- Nightly inspections
- Supplies ordering
- Shift support
