About The Position
eMaids of South Tampa is hiring reliable, hardworking, and experienced full-time house cleaners to provide residential cleaning services in South Tampa and surrounding communities. The role involves traveling to clients’ homes and offers hourly pay based on experience, weekly payments, tips, performance bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms are provided. Employees may work independently or as part of a team and receive paid travel time between same-day jobs. Paid time off and holiday benefits are available after one year of employment.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional residential cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
- Consistent availability for a full-time work schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, and mop residential spaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Make beds and change linens.
- Organize and tidy spaces as needed.
- Handle light laundry and dishes when requested.
- Follow company cleaning standards, procedures, and checklists.
- Maintain high-quality cleaning results and customer satisfaction.
- Provide friendly, professional, and reliable service to clients.
- Travel between assigned cleaning locations as scheduled.
