About The Position
Dreamclean123 is hiring Cleaning Professionals for residential cleaning and facility assignments near Keene, New Hampshire, and Brattleboro, Vermont, with possible assignments in nearby border communities. The company provides training, onboarding, and support, and may offer increased responsibilities or additional work availability based on performance, reliability, assignment needs, client demand, and business requirements. Exact work locations are provided during the hiring process. Current assignments are typically Monday through Friday, with shifts available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Assignments are approximately 4–5 or more hours, and around 20–40 hours per week may be available depending on operational needs. Hours, schedules, assignment duration, and work availability are not guaranteed. Pay is $18–$22 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, reliability, assignment requirements, and applicable work arrangement. Paid training may be provided where applicable. Work is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform cleaning tasks throughout a work period.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to approximately 30 pounds.
- Ability to safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions during scheduled assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience cleaning residential homes, or an interest in starting in residential cleaning.
- Independent cleaners with available schedule capacity.
- Subcontractors interested in running their own work with company support.
- Ability to provide transportation or help pick up others.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Restock facility and restroom supplies.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces according to client and safety standards.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper chemical-handling practices.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards as appropriate.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Represent Dreamclean123 professionally at client locations.
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
