Requirements

No prior cleaning experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
Must be available to work Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
Required to be fluent in English, in order to communicate with our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality service.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
