About The Position

Pinemar is hiring a Residential Carpenter to work on architect-designed custom homes and large-scale residential renovations throughout the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia area. The carpenter will work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help deliver high-quality homes and renovations. The role involves rough and finish carpentry, installation of building and finish components, interpreting construction drawings and specifications, maintaining safe and orderly jobsites, and helping address field challenges. Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
