About The Position
Fidelis Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced tradesman or tradeswoman to help with residential remodeling projects in the Snohomish County / North King County area. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has real-world remodeling or construction experience and can step into projects with limited supervision. Fidelis Construction Inc. is a residential remodeling company focused on quality work, professional customer service, and organized project management. We handle a variety of remodels, repairs, decks, bathrooms, and larger home improvement projects.
Requirements
- Proven residential remodeling or construction experience
- Strong carpentry and general trades skills
- Ability to work independently
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Good problem-solving ability
- Ability to read plans or follow written scopes of work
- Good communication with customers, subs, and company leadership
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical certifications or experience, such as plumbing or electrical
