About The Position

Be the face of our community! As a Residential Building Concierge at Link Apartments® QPN, you’ll create a welcoming and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors. From greeting guests and answering inquiries to managing deliveries and ensuring smooth building operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels is a plus, along with strong knowledge of local attractions to enhance the resident experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Dependable, friendly, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the local scene (best coffee shops, restaurants, etc.).
  • Experience with Yardi.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm smile.
  • Answer calls and questions, helping residents with anything they need.
  • Keep the building safe by checking in visitors and monitoring common areas.
  • Manage deliveries—receive, store, and notify residents when their packages arrive.
  • Keep the front desk and package room tidy and organized.
  • Assist with planning fun community events for residents.
  • Help the maintenance team by logging service requests and following up.
  • Announce food deliveries and guests when needed.
  • Stay calm and act quickly during emergencies, following safety guidelines.
