About The Position

Be the face of our community! As a Residential Building Concierge at Link Apartments® QPN, you’ll create a welcoming and safe environment for residents, guests, and visitors. From greeting guests and answering inquiries to managing deliveries and ensuring smooth building operations, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels is a plus, along with strong knowledge of local attractions to enhance the resident experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once.
Basic computer skills.
Dependable, friendly, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

Experience in mixed-use residential buildings or 5-star hotels.
Strong knowledge of local attractions.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Knowledge of the local scene (best coffee shops, restaurants, etc.).
Experience with Yardi.

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm smile.
Answer calls and questions, helping residents with anything they need.
Keep the building safe by checking in visitors and monitoring common areas.
Manage deliveries—receive, store, and notify residents when their packages arrive.
Keep the front desk and package room tidy and organized.
Assist with planning fun community events for residents.
Help the maintenance team by logging service requests and following up.
Announce food deliveries and guests when needed.
Stay calm and act quickly during emergencies, following safety guidelines.
