About The Position
The Developmental Services Residential Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide support to people with emotional and behavioral challenges in both community and residential settings. As a Residential Behavior Interventionist, you’ll play a vital role in creating a structured, therapeutic environment where individuals can thrive.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities, or mental health conditions is ideal
- Experience in behavioral or therapeutic residential settings is preferred
