Willingness to travel within 20 miles for positions in Atascadero, Templeton, and Paso Robles.

Responsibilities

Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
Provide consistent therapy with a commitment to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week.
Collect and record data to measure client growth and guide next steps.
Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families served.
