Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant residential electrical experience.
• Valid Texas Electrical License (Apprentice, Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High-ownership mindset with strong verbal communication skills for interacting with homeowners and municipal inspectors.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with residential battery systems, EV charging equipment, or whole-home generator installations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical and system-level issues on active residential battery installations independently.
• Perform corrective rework to ensure systems meet strict National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and pass municipal inspections on the first attempt.
• Serve as the authoritative face of Dynamic Ecohome during municipal inspections, compliance walkthroughs, and utility tie-ins.
• Assist with hands-on training and technical onboarding for new installation crews, setting the benchmark for field quality and execution.
• Build deep expertise across energy storage architecture (Sonnen, Tesla, Enphase) and participate in a rotated on-call schedule to manage urgent evening/weekend service calls.
