About The Position

As a Residential Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our luxury residential program. From coordinating deliveries to assisting with property readiness, you will ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed and every interaction reflects Four Seasons’ legendary service standards.

Requirements

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role preferred
Comfort using basic technology and systems
A valid Hawai‘i driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent movement throughout the resort

Responsibilities

Provide operational support across Hualalai Villas & Homes residences and resort areas
Coordinate and deliver packages, laundry, and supplies with care and efficiency
Maintain organization and distribution of mail across designated locations
Support residential readiness, including vehicle and golf cart detailing
Assist with administrative and guest communication needs with professionalism and discretion
Collaborate with Property Management, Owner Services, and resort teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of common areas and workspaces
Uphold Four Seasons standards, policies, and commitment to exceptional service
