The Residential Assistant position provides the bulk of the direct individual supervision and day-to-day care. Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to authorized functions.
• Enforce residence schedule and rules & chart and log activities and events that occur while on duty.
• Provide emergency intervention as appropriate.
• Act as receptionist and provide information to residents and outside callers.
• Monitor and chart medications; monitor supplies and recommend requisition of same.
• Assist Adult Outpatient unit with urinalysis administration.
• Adhere to schedule as written.
• Supervise family visits and recreational activities.
• Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer with mental health issues and chemical dependency.
