Under general supervision, this role involves identifying, photographing, inspecting, updating attributes, confirming, and documenting the current physical status of real property. The appraiser will value properties in accordance with Oklahoma statutes, Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) rules, International Association of Assessing Officer (IAAO) standards, and Assessor office policies. All employees are expected to assist with cross-training, train co-workers, and perform other duties as assigned. Offers of employment are contingent upon a background check.
