About The Position
Join our team and help keep our apartment communities safe, clean, and running smoothly. This role is for our Hollywood, West LA, and Porter Ranch areas.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use maintenance tools
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance work orders and emergency repairs
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Conduct property inspections and maintain safety standards
