About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in private residences, vacation rentals, and community buildings. This role requires significant physical movements, including bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motions to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Additionally, this position requires a strong sense of teamwork, as you closely work with a partner to complete cleaning tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethics, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work harmoniously with a partner
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different cleaning situations and schedules

Nice To Haves

• Experience in residential and vacation rental cleaning preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent time management abilities to efficiently complete tasks
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning
• Familiarity with laundry and housekeeping management
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of various cleaning products and tools, with an understanding of when and how to use them safely is preferred but can be taught
