Requirements

Valid driver's license
Dependable transportation
Previous painting experience
2+ years of verifiable, full-time experience in interior and exterior painting
Meet OSHA respirator medical requirements
Provide your own professional-quality tools
Knowledge of basic types and processes of substrates
Proficiency in surface preparation, protection of items/areas not being painted (masking and covering), brushing, rolling, and airless spraying
Knowledge and ability to use safe work methods and personal protective equipment
Ability to work overtime and weekends
Ability to lift 75+ pounds
Ability to set up and maintain a clean worksite
Ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to bend, twist, climb, and work from various heights in various environments
Ability to work at any location assigned to you
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
