About The Position

At Fresh Coat, our painters are artisans of their craft. We are building a team of professionals who value culture, quality, and an outstanding client experience. We are currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Painter who takes pride in every stroke.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare surfaces and apply paint to a minimum Level 3 Finish (PCA Standards).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Ensure every client receives the "Painting Done Right" experience.

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation is required to reach project sites across the county.
• Must own a professional tool kit.
• Ability to work as a team and meet deadlines.
• Background check required for all team members.
