About The Position

This Residential Aide position is within the Women's Rise program, a residential work release program that offers case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult females under the supervision of the DOC. The role involves providing structure and supervision to justice-involved women as they re-enter the community after incarceration, utilizing a strengths-based and client-centered approach. The Residential Aide will work with Community Justice program staff to rehabilitate, educate, and guide clients back into the community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or Associate's Degree
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required
  • Ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries.
