About The Position

Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Residential Admin Support to join our team. The Residential Admin Support role provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and technical assistance to the Residential Mortgage team, with a primary emphasis on maintaining and supporting the Loan Origination System (LOS) and its associated workflows. This position plays a key role in ensuring data integrity, optimizing process efficiency, facilitating timely communication, and delivering high‑quality internal support to mortgage staff and customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of administrative, operational, or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the LOS Applications Administrator with daily system-related tasks including data entry, loan file updates, and review of system queues.
  • Monitors online loan application intake and ensure accurate routing to the appropriate Loan Officers.
  • Performs initial review of loan application data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Assists with updating resource pages, shared folders, and links for end users.
  • Prepares, uploads, and maintains standardized forms, documents, and disclosures as directed.
  • Runs routine system reports and distribute them to appropriate business units.
  • Assists with basic password resets, user inquiries, and documenting support requests.
  • Helps maintain documentation of procedures, workflows, and administrative processes
  • Assists in logging, tracking, and monitoring service tickets submitted to LOS and document vendor partners.
  • Follows up on vendor communications and document findings or resolutions for the LOS Administrator.
  • Reviews loan structure and data fields for accuracy; escalate discrepancies to LOS Administrator or appropriate staff.
  • Supports the audit process by gathering information or documents as needed.
  • Provides general administrative support to the mortgage operations team, including scheduling, file maintenance, and document organization.
  • Assists with the preparation of training materials or checklists under the guidance of the LOS Administrator.
  • Maintains inventory of forms, documentation libraries, and digital resource materials.
  • Completes all required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines.
  • Follows all policies, procedures, and practices that support strong risk management and regulatory adherence.
