About The Position

The Pines of Mount Lebanon is seeking compassionate and reliable Resident Wellness Associates to join our care team in Pittsburgh, PA. We have part-time openings available on our morning (1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and afternoon (2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) teams. This position is structured for 3 shifts a week with a rotating weekend schedule, offering the perfect balance of steady income and flexibility, plus the ability to easily pick up extra shifts when you want them.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Active CNA license is highly valued (and paid extra!), but we will gladly train uncertified individuals who have a strong work ethic and a heart for seniors.
  • Physical ability to handle the demands of caregiving, including standing, walking, and assisting with resident transfers.
  • Must pass all standard pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Help senior residents maintain their independence by assisting with daily living tasks, including dressing, bathing, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Monitor resident well-being and proactively communicate any changes in physical, mental, or emotional health to the shift supervisor.
  • Provide warm companionship and help create a safe, positive, and dignified environment for the seniors in our care.
