About The Position

Peak is looking for a Resident Specialist to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments, a 1,100+ unit property. The ideal candidate will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, while working patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high-quality customer service. This role fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents and communities through annual, monthly, and weekly resident functions and events. A solid understanding of Fair Housing is required, as is reliable transportation.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Must have reliable transportation.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing and walking.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
