About The Position
Peak is looking for a Resident Specialist to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments, a property with over 1,100 units. The ideal candidate will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, while working patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high-quality customer service. This role fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents through various functions and events. A solid understanding of Fair Housing is required, as is reliable transportation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
Responsibilities
- Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
- Work patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high-quality customer service.
- Foster a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents through annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
- Give tours and meet with potential tenants.
