About The Position

Peak is looking for a Resident Specialist to join their team at a community of 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. The ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service. This role fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events. The role requires a solid understanding of Fair Housing and reliable transportation.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Reliable transportation.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
