About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Resident Specialist to join their team at a community with over 650 units in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, while providing high-quality customer service. This role involves fostering positive relationships with residents and the community through various functions and events, and requires a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws. The position also requires reliable transportation.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Reliable transportation.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Standing and walking.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
