About The Position

Peak Management is seeking a "ROCKSTAR" Resident Specialist to join their team at a community with over 650 units in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy, while working patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high-quality customer service. This role involves fostering positive relationships with residents and communities through various functions and events, and requires a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws. The position also requires reliable transportation.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Reliable transportation.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
