Requirements

  • Professionalism in welcoming visitors and answering calls
  • Ability to provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests
  • Skills in scheduling transportation and coordinating resident services
  • Capability to assist with resident requests, concerns, and problem-solving
  • Experience in processing resident charges, fees, invoices, and reports
  • Proficiency in managing office and hospitality supplies
  • Experience with entering and tracking work orders
  • Ability to distribute mail and support office operations
  • Willingness to participate in community committees and activities
  • Capacity to work closely with the Resident Council
  • Readiness to support emergency response procedures

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls professionally
  • Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests
  • Schedule transportation and coordinate resident services
  • Assist with resident requests, concerns, and problem solving
  • Process resident charges, fees, invoices, and reports
  • Manage office supplies and hospitality supplies
  • Enter and track work orders
  • Distribute mail and support office operations
  • Participate in community committees and activities
  • Work closely with the Resident Council
  • Support emergency response procedures when needed
