About The Position

The Resident Services Technology Specialist ensures that our residents receive the highest level of technical support in their home, to ensure they have the most memorable and genuine exceptional experience in this establishment. The Resident Services Technology Specialist is part of LEC's drive to integrate new technology for both software and hardware. This position ensures that we provide upscale professional and guest service experiences.

Requirements

  • Proficient in technology, with an aptitude to understand various platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Demonstrate customer service, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with the new resident's Sale Consultant and meet new residents early on in the process
  • Provide a general technology orientation to new residents moving into Independent Living
  • Become well versed in the community portal/Caremerge, for trouble shooting and entering new content
  • Maintain current content from various departments, to ensure that all platforms provide accurate information
  • Trouble shoot resident hardware and software issues to ensure performance
  • Interface various software platforms (including, but not limited to: Sign-Up Genius, Survey Monkey, JotForm)
