Requirements

Strong focus on customer service required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships
A skilled problem solver and self-motivated
Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two or more years administrative and/or customer service experience, preferably in property management

Nice To Haves

Experience with residential property management software preferred

Responsibilities

Provides accurate and detailed administrative support to Property Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operation of assigned property
Provides GCI worthy customer service with the goal of retaining customers for life
Seek to understand and identify the needs of the residents, answering questions and resolving issues as they arise
Answers phones, takes messages and directs callers as appropriate
Participates in rent collection process
Prepare and distribute notices for residents
Verifies utility account information for new and current residents
Packages move-out files and generates move-out condition reports
Coordinates move in, move outs with Maintenance Department
Performs other duties as directed or assigned
