Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and evaluate independent living activity programs
- Partner with Resident Association and support committee-led initiatives
- Assist residents during move-ins, transitions and return from healthcare stays
- Support assigned departments such as concierge, transportation and security
- Resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor quality-of-life outcomes and resident engagement
- Oversee concierge team performance and service standards
- Ensure emergency response systems are updated and functioning
- Assist with incident reporting and month-end billing documentation
- Collaborate with sales and wellness teams to support resident needs
