About The Position

The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants, current tenants and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions. This position is also responsible for assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities and promoting a quality living experience for all residents.

  • Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Required to walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms.
  • Intermediate computer and internet knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to fluently read and write English.
  • Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions.
  • Ability to use all on-site resident management software functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred knowledge of the following software programs: Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Event planning experience preferred.
