Resident Services Coordinator
About The Position
As a Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll help connect residents with supportive resources that strengthen housing stability and community well-being. This role exists to ensure residents can access services, understand available programs, and feel heard through clear, respectful communication. Key responsibilities include coordinating resident-focused services and referrals; maintaining accurate records and reporting; supporting program logistics and resident communications; collaborating with internal staff and external partners; and responding to resident questions with professionalism.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with diverse populations and handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with basic office software and phone/email communication
