About The Position

This 32 hours/week position will be supporting the Cully site and possibly supporting Irvington as well. The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants. This position reports to the service area Operations Supervisor, in unison and under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator. The Resident Services team creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to meet participant needs. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

  • First Aid Certification Upon hire
  • CPR Certification Upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year Recent Caregiver experience working with frail or elderly population.
