About The Position

Peak is currently looking for a Resident Service Coordinator to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments, a property with over 1,200 units. This role involves handling resident maintenance questions, concerns, and complaints, as well as taking and entering service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email. The coordinator will also assist the Maintenance Supervisor in prioritizing service requests for technicians or vendors.

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resolving and handling resident maintenance questions, concerns and complaints
• Take service requests from residents or staff via phone, in person, and email.
• Enter all requests in a timely fashion.
• Check phone messages and email consistently.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with determining importance of request for service technicians, or vendors.
