About The Position

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Full-Time Resident Property Manager to play a key role at our Glacier West Location in Belair, WA. This position requires that you live on-site and offers an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual with great technical and people skills. The role involves handling the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing excellent customer service, and managing various property-related tasks.

Requirements

Must live on-site.
Employee must possess a valid DL.
Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
Must be able to pass an alcohol/drug screening, background check and have a clean driving record.
Customer Service: 4 years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sale experience preferred.
Cleaning and maintenance experience.
Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.
Self Storage: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Handles day to day operations of the facility.
Provides excellent customer service experience.
Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Performs daily site checks.
Assisting customers seeking storage units.
Collecting and processing payments.
Contacting delinquent occupants.
Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
Property Inspections.
Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.
Adhering to cleaning standards of the property.
Use of power tools is required.
