Property Manager Self Storage
About The Position
This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for effectively marketing and selling self-storage solutions to potential customers. The role involves working independently, both inside an office and outside on the property, performing general property care, cleaning, and maintenance. Daily property walks are required to confirm spaces are ready for rent, and accurate payment processing and cash handling are essential. The Property Manager will engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for the essential functions of the job. The position requires the ability to travel to a training center, necessitating a Real ID or Passport.
Requirements
- Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Should be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal
- Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
