About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist for The Debra Metrowest apartment community in Orlando, Florida. This role combines relationship building, problem solving, sales, leasing, and resident service. The specialist guides prospective residents through the leasing process, creates positive experiences for current residents, and supports the apartment community’s success. The position may also provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
Demonstrated success with goal setting and achievement and with following a sales process.
Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
Flexible schedule and availability to work during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
Reliable transportation.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Goal-driven and sales-motivated.
Adaptable to a fast pace and shifting priorities.
Customer-experience focused.
Collaborative team player.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

Follow AIR’s sales process, including promptly following up with prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, and showcasing the community’s value.
Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals consistently.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences and meaningful connections for residents.
Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
Contribute to marketing, outreach, and resident engagement initiatives.
Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
