Requirements

Multifamily experience required
Customer-focused attitude and great interpersonal skills
Knowledge of technology products including OneSite
Problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Social Media
Microsoft Office product suite: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook
Marketing Concepts

Responsibilities

Be the front liner for Resident experience and support
Responsible for receiving all resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, etc.
Provide a positive and genuine experience for residents using high-level communication skills, strategic consultative selling skills, and community knowledge
Oversee the leasing team and provide assistance when needed
