Requirements

Proven experience in multi-site operations management, preferably within the commercial laundry or similar service industries.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
Willingness to be based in Panama City Beach, FL and manage local facilities regularly.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
