About The Position

Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a Resident General Manager to lead food and beverage operations across the AWE Campus, including the Crystal Bridges, its renowned museum spaces, and The Momentary. This leader will oversee a diverse portfolio of dining venues and catering programs, spanning on-site experiences and off-premise events. The role offers the opportunity to shape exceptional hospitality in a unique cultural environment where art, nature, food, and community come together. You’ll guide a high-performing team and collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and client partners to create welcoming, memorable experiences for guests across the entire campus and beyond. Crystal Bridges showcases five centuries of American art in a setting that blends creative expression with natural beauty. The Momentary extends this vision into contemporary space—bringing together music, culinary experiences, and community connection as a vibrant, evolving destination. Together, these venues form a dynamic campus where hospitality plays a central role in how guests connect, gather, and celebrate.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multi-unit food and beverage operations or complex hospitality environments
  • Ability to oversee diverse venues and event formats, including off-site catering

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for all food and beverage operations across the campus, including multiple dining venues and event spaces
  • Oversee on-site catering and support execution of off-premise events, ensuring consistency in quality and experience
  • Partner with culinary leadership to develop innovative, seasonally inspired menus across outlets and events
  • Foster an inclusive, guest-focused culture that prioritizes hospitality at every touchpoint
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with museum and Momentary stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and support team members across multiple locations, creating opportunities for growth and development
  • Guide operational excellence across diverse venues, ensuring service, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Manage financial performance across outlets and catering programs, including forecasting and cost controls
  • Support planning and delivery of high-profile events, exhibitions, and community programming
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all campus food and beverage experiences
