About The Position

Public Storage is offering an exciting opportunity for a Resident Property Manager to live rent-free in one of our onsite apartments. This role allows you to save significantly on rent and utility costs while enjoying the convenience of onsite living. As a Resident Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept apartment, adhering to all community guidelines and policies, and serving as a positive representative of Public Storage.

Requirements

• 6 months of tenure with the company for lateral transfers or A-PM positions
• 1 year of tenure and no adverse apartment activity with PS in the past year for Resident Manager (Apartment) positions
• 1 year of tenure with the company for KTP positions
• No DAS during the last 6 months
• Last performance rating of "Meets" or above, based on tenure and review cycle
• Must be a strong performer in your area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept apartment
