About The Position

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a motivated and experienced Resident Property Manager to play a key role at our Glacier West Location in Granite Falls, WA. This full-time position requires the individual to live on-site and handle the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the property is well-maintained. The role involves direct customer interaction, financial processing, and coordination with vendors.

Requirements

• Employee must possess a valid DL.
• Cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Customer Service: 4 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• Self-Storage, Management, Customer Service, Sale experience preferred.
• Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.
• Self Storage: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Handles day to day operations of the facility.
• Provides excellent customer service experience.
• Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Performs daily site checks.
• Assisting customers seeking storage units.
• Collecting and processing payments.
• Contacting delinquent occupants.
• Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance.
• Property Inspections.
• Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site.
• Adhering to cleaning standards of the property.
• Use of power tools is required.
