About The Position

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District provides comprehensive wastewater and storm water management services to residents and businesses in both St. Louis City and County. Requirements

  • Mange consultants performing work of considerable difficulty
  • Assist in coordinating the construction of facilities with other District departments
  • Provide administration and technical expertise and leadership as part of a team responsible for the collection system and/or facility improvement projects
  • Verify that the project conforms to the contract documents
  • Evaluate/Review change order claims requests, contractor submittals
  • Prepare technical reports concerning construction and engineering problems and solutions
  • Perform construction observation
  • Make necessary field inspections to determine existing conditions
  • May meet with government officials, consultants, and the general public to help communicate District policies and responsibilities
  • May oversee Management Team on projects
  • In absence of supervisor, may oversee subordinates
