Resident Portfolio Property Manager
About The Position
The Resident Portfolio Property Manager serves as an on-site liaison between tenants with mental health disabilities, property owners, and management staff to ensure safe, supportive, and well-maintained housing. This role combines tenant relations, crisis response, and conflict resolution with responsibility for inspections, minor repairs, cleaning, and oversight of property maintenance and grounds. The position also ensures compliance with housing regulations, Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws, and organizational policies through accurate reporting, communication, and adherence to emergency procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with WA housing laws and Fair Housing guidelines.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with PACT Clinical Service experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of property management or related roles within the mental health field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison and maintain tenant relations.
- Investigate and resolve resident and nonresident issues.
- Inspect and maintain property.
- Perform cleaning and minor repairs.
- Manage vacant units and turnovers.
- Regular communication, reporting systems, and compliance expectations.
