About The Position

The Resident Operations Director program is a 6-12 month, full-time program that prepares you to become an Operations Director at a Zeta school. As an Operations Director, you are the operational leader of your school and a member of the school leadership team. As a Resident Operations Director at Zeta, you are placed at an existing Zeta school and serve as a full-time member of the school's operations team. You will engage in operations work at the host school and tackle a variety of school-specific and Zeta-wide operations projects, all while learning the skills and mindset needed to become an excellent Operations Director. You will help develop both systems for ensuring a world-class facility that meet’s Zeta’s high expectations while also creating a safe and welcoming school environment for all students, staff, and families. You will engage in short-term and long-term thinking on best operational systems, using data to shape every aspect of our school systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of work experience
Proven project management abilities
Relentlessly high excellence bar
Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
