About The Position

At All In Solutions, our mission is to provide quality, evidence-based treatment that leads to long-term recovery for every client who walks through our doors. We believe that connection and purpose are essential to this pursuit, guiding every decision we make and every service we provide. As a Resident Mentor, you are more than a supervisor, you are a pillar of our recovery community. We are looking for mission-driven individuals who are deeply passionate about the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) field. Whether you are driven by a personal journey (lived experience), a professional calling, or a desire to give back, your primary role is to model a healthy, sober lifestyle while maintaining a safe and accountable environment. You will work as a vital link between the residents and our clinical team, ensuring that the house culture remains therapeutic and supportive.

Requirements

  • We welcome candidates who are new to the field but possess a deep commitment to recovery. Whether through lived experience or a career calling, you must demonstrate a genuine desire to help others navigate the journey of sobriety.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Must pass all mandatory pre-employment screenings, including background checks and health screenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct guidance by modeling healthy boundaries and effective communication.
  • Use your passion or lived experience to help residents navigate the 12-step model, encouraging them to solve problems through peer support and self-help concepts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for house conflicts.
  • Utilize proactive de-escalation techniques and thoughtful decision-making to manage high-stress situations, ensuring a calm, therapeutic environment during swing and overnight shifts.
  • Maintain a substance-free facility through regular room checks, facility walkthroughs, and drug/alcohol screenings.
  • Uphold program integrity by enforcing house rules fairly and maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Facilitate resident orientations, admissions, and discharges.
  • Accompany residents to appointments and community meetings, while ensuring all behavioral observations and incidents are documented with clinical professionalism.
